David Champs MRICS
Founder & Managing Director
David is a Chartered Surveyor with 25+ years’ experience bringing the early view together, integrating cost, programme, planning risk and sustainability, so teams can commit on a viable, fundable plan.
Prior to founding Revive, David built and led a chartered surveying consultancy, supporting clients across new build and refurbishment to clarify scope, risk and delivery logic before commitments were locked in.
David’s specialism is building high-performing teams and aligning specialists around a clear brief and decision path, reducing churn and late-stage surprises.
Revive exists to improve the built environment by helping teams make better decisions early. Sustainability and performance are built into the commercial plan, so projects are fundable and deliverable.
